The TPADP-TPH-PFLLC-2USBC-140W-RD is an open frame 140 W universal dual USB-C Power Delivery (PD) power adapter reference design. It meets USB PD 3.1 requirements (up to 28 V/5 A) for universal chargers supporting smartphones, laptops and other IoT devices. The power supply uses the NXP DCM/CrM PFC controller/LLC controller running up to 90 kHz;; Transphorm's TP65H150G4LSG (650 V, 150 mΩ GaN FET), TP65H300G4LSG (650 V, 240 mΩ GaN FET). This design enables high power density (~28 W/in3) and over 94 percent efficiency at full power.
