The TDDCDC-TPH-HFLLC-600W-RD is a 600 W 48 V 13 A LLC implementation with peak efficiency of greater than 97.8%, a power density of 107 W/in3 using 2 Transphorm GaN TP65H150G4PS (650 V SuperGaN FET) TO-220 with Transphorm’s latest SuperGaN® Gen IV technology with On Semi’s NCP1399 LLC controller with output voltage (48 V / 13 A), with natural convention not using forced air.
This DC-DC adapter is ideal for applications such as High-Power-Density as a DC/DC Power Section in AC/DC Supplies, Game Computing Supplies, Fast charging, Laptops and IoT devices, etc.
